Holebrook Sweden's Gurra Windproof Jacket is knitted of 100% cotton.   The Gurra Jacket has a full length two-way zipper and two hand warmer pockets.   The Windproof liner is a tightly woven fabric that is windproof, yet breathes.   The liner has 4% elastane so that it will stretch and move with you.  The windproof liner will stop the wind but not your movement.
